We had an extended stay (approximately 2.5 months) at Central Apartment 127. We could not have been more pleased with the experience. The apartment is spacious and very well equipped. Each bedroom has a heater and wide screen TV. The water pressure was always good and there was always plenty of hot water. There is a washing machine in a separate area which was very convenient. The kitchen was equipped better than anywhere we have ever stayed. Absolutely everything needed for cooking full meals was available.
The apartment is located directly across from the Mercado, and very close to the shops of downtown Cascais. The street directly outside the apartment is a busy one, but inside the apartment the street noise was not an issue.
In addition to the apartment itself, the service we received was outstanding. We received weekly cleaning service and change of linens, which was very welcome on an extended stay. The service we received from our host, Natercia, was the most outstanding experience of our stay. She was available for help with any questions or issues that arose during our stay. When the city water was cut off, she communicated with the water company and kept us informed regarding when we could expect service to resume. She also helped us with questions about shopping and the Cascais/Estoril area in general. She could not have been more helpful during the stay.
We arrived in Portugal in the midst of COVID-19 and remained at Central Apartment 127 during the majority of the lockdown. The comfort and security of Central Apartment 127 was essential to our feeling of safety in Portugal during this time. We highly recommend Central Apartment 127.
"The apartment is fantastic, great view to the sea, very tastefully and stylishly furnished, very clean and well maintained. In the kitchen everything was available on pots, plates etc. and also spices, Nespresso machine, dishwasher and washing machine. Bathrooms with towels, soap and grooming utensils. TV in every room, but only RTL. Narrower, balcony around the apartment on the top floor. Parking mostly in front of the house possible, but from Monday to Saturday from 9-20 o'clock for a fee. Unfortunately, the weather was very nice, actually you would not have wanted to leave the apartment, it was so nice there and you felt so well. There is no key, door opens with code, to welcome there was a bottle of wine and crackers, very attentive. An absolute tip."
"Saboia Terrace is simply an exceptional vacation rental apartment. The apartment is truly spotless, functional and beautiful. It is situated in Estoril which is a high-end district. The apartment is surrounded by incredible restaurants all within about 150m. Our two favorites were Alegria Vadia and Tapas do Monte. A tiny grocery store which sells a few basics is located less than a block away. A nearby park features a small snack bar. The beach and boardwalk are just a few blocks away. The next town over is Cascais and there are endless shops and restaurants. Cascais is about 20 min by foot all along the beach boardwalk. In Cascais, 'The World Needs Nata' café is a must as long as you don't mind coming home with a few extra pounds! The apartment itself is large and beautiful. It features huge windows, a very nice kitchen and tons of space. The private terrace adds an elegant touch and is equipped with a motorized awning over the sitting area. Everything in this apartment worked perfectly. Our host, Natércia, was also perfect. She was exceptionally responsive to our questions and made some arrangements for us which contributed to making our stay stress-free. She was extremely efficient, professional and was wonderful to deal with. She touched base with us a few times to make sure all was well. We felt we were in good hands. If you are searching a safe, clean, comfortable and beautiful apartment in a perfect location with an excellent host, this is the place to book"
Amazing apartment with Four Seasons level service. Beautiful interior, layout, amenities and fantastic terrace. We have rented 10+ times on airbnb and this is the best rental in every respect well exceeding our expectations. The staff and anenities are top notch. The location is in the charming oart if Estoril with nice cafes and a square adjacent. New linens, towels, sheets, Nespresso, and all amenities and thensome. 5 stars+. Quick access to great beaches and Lisbon.
The choice of taking an apartment or a hotel is always a difficult one for me, as I love luxury and having my room and bed made ! But let me assure you , as long as a few flights of stairs up does not bother you , this place is better than any hotel . 200 m2 penthouse apartment straight out of an 'interior design magazine' with a definite 'WOW' affect ! Colours of the interior give even more space to the rooms as , the whole place is in whites, off whites , taupe , aluminium and glass . Fourteen windows mostly full sized with interior white wooden shutters let the light stream in . The views are spectacular looking onto the panoramic seascape and the stunning Portuguese sky. The seagulls actually glide pass the windows showing that plumage to their full glory ;) . Staying here is like being in a five star hotel with the enormous advantages of being independence and able to make a meal at a whim . A fully equipped lovely kitchen interconnecting with the drawing room awaits you or a cook whom can normally be easily arranged for the occasion . Making the beds, well, it's just a two second affair ! This home sleeps very comfortably 6 people with two of the three bedroom with superb ensuite bathrooms. There is a television in every room, washing machine, dishwasher and everything has been thought about down to detergents, coffee, tea, shampoo, creams ............ A wonderful bottle of red wine with a truly delicious cheese and a bowl of fruit awaited our arrival. The owners are adorable and their help is everywhere you need it . This is a polished diamond , so do not hesitate staying here, I just loved it and I will keep on coming back ! ;) Thank you for a glorious holiday .

Everything was perfect. Saboia house's owners were very kind and friendly, giving us advices about restaurants, how to go to the beach.. Even better than a 5 stars hotel!
Very well designed and furnished to a high standard. Up to date media facilities . Comfortable furniture and beds. Pleasant decor. Well equipped. Good views. Close to local shops. Extremely pleasant and helpful owner. Would willingly return.
The location and views were fabulous. Close to the beaches and promenade and great restaurants. I highly recommend Villa Saboia restaurant next door - delicious sushi and great wines
Clean, well appointed, comfortable, quiet, all equipment needed for our stay. Excellent and prompt support from Natercia for a couple of minor problems, good position in Monte Estoril and close walk/train to Cascais or Lisbon.
We really enjoyed the location. The beds were incredibly confortable and the place was very tastefully decorated. Natércia was very available. She was even so kind, she sent some things we left behind to us. Over and above anything any other owner has done for us.
